This is the first day of the last full business week of the year, so if you’re anything like we are, life sort of feels like a gigantic salad spinner right now. So much to do, so little time, so few people still in the office, so much lettuce whizzing around your face.
We get it. And we’re here to say that, even though there are just 66 days until the biggest Dad 2.0 Summit ever, it’s all going to be fine. Even better than fine, even. Fine-tastic! Tremendinary! Hyperbolically superlative, even!
For example: If you’re still shopping for the dad in your life, a ticket to the 2015 Dad 2.0 Summit might just be the very thing to place in his hand. And as of today, our weeklong Holiday Dad ticket promotion is live! Click here and use the already-embedded “Holiday Dad” code, and you’ll save $50 on the ticket price!
And another word about tickets: If you have a ticket to the conference already and have since determined you’re unable to come, that’s seriously terrible news. At the least, however, you’ll be in possession of a decidedly desired commodity, especially after we sell out (and if you paid just $99 during our post-Dad 2.014 sale). Tickets are transferable, and once you find a buyer (social media is pretty great for that), send an email to “tickets [at] dad2summit [dot] com” for transfer instructions. And please note that the transfer deadline is Friday, January 16, 2015.
We’ve received lots of great writing from you, for both the Dad Blogger Spotlights and the Scholarship program. Since this is a big deadline week for a lot of us, we’re reminding you that all Spotlight submissions are due to by Thursday, December 18, and contributions to the Scholarship Fund are due by Friday, December 19.
Remember: For any and all questions about attending Dad 2.0, you can always refer to this Monday Conference Call post, and/or our FAQ page. And as a programming note, due to some creative planning considerations, we’re shifting our second speaker announcement 24 hours. Look for it tomorrow afternoon!
